Normally, google search will search for each word, the results will include all pages that have neither one word and the same words.
But if you add your words inside this quote, the results will yield only pages with the same words in the same order as what’s in the quotes. This narrow down the unwanted noise and provide us with a more specific and accurate results.
2. Use an asterisk * within quotes to specify unknown or variable words.
This trick is a bit contrary to the trick No. 1.

What if the word you are searching is more associated with another words that is not what you looking for? Well, this is the way to eliminate it.
For example, let says your boss want to put a ribbon vector, anything but red ribbon. You type in -red ribbon vector, then the result show up all the ribbon except red ribbon. You let your boss view the result and insert your suggestion.
