Step 1: Copy the text.
Step 2: Copy the background image and send it to the back of the layer.
Step 3: Select the background image and the copy text then powerclip them to the original text.
Step 4: Select the original text, then remove it's color by clicking the cross symbol.
Step 5: Edit the powerclip, select the copy text and then remove it's color by clicking the cross symbol.
Step 6: Give the copy text's outline by right click the color and Press P to position center to artboard.
Step 7: Click Drop Shadow Tool > Drop Shadow > Preset: Small Glow > Choose the color you want > Feathering Direction: Outside > Shadow Feathering: 7 pt > Drop Shadow Opacity: 100
Step 8: Select the Background image then click Crop Tool > Crop, highlight the size you want and press enter. This step will make the file size smaller.
Step 9: Effect > Adjust > Gamma, drag to left to make it darker.
Step 10: Click Stop Editing Contents.
Note: You can then change the text but you will have to adjust the shadow.
