Corel Draw Tutorial 5: How to make neon text effect

Step 1: Copy the text and put it aside.

Step 2: Click Contour > Inside Contour > Contour Step: 2 > Contour Offset: 8

Step 3: Put the copy text behind the coutour text

Step 4: Click the drop shadow tool > drop shadow > Choose color > Feathering direction: outside > Shadow feathering: 3 > Drop feathering opacity: 100

Step 5: Draw the black square behind the texts, choose transparency tool > Fountain Transparency > Elliptical Fountain Transparency
